Day 12
okaaaay so today might have been a bit of a cheat day because I had nachos….and a bunch of other carby food. nothing too extreme but my calorie count was through the roof!
So! to counter the horribly awesome food day I worked out for an hour…a long and painfully gruesome hour ….its a miracle i can move right now
Its Sunday! and almost two weeks on my low carb diet. Im getting used to it but I still crave the carbs sooo much…guess that part is not going to get easier anytime soon.
My body feels stronger. I can do more push-ups and more squats and sit ups….you get the idea.
I mean even though I ate like a piggy today i still managed to burn most of it off and that felt amazing….

Day 2
So today I really did go over the calorie limit but I kept my carb intake extremely low and I worked out a little so that helps as well, the groggy feeling is still there but I learned a couple ways to combat it.
Caffeine is my friend for this diet and so is water in general….apparently I gotta drink twice as much water now because of the specific meals I’m eating.
Today in my photo class we had a pot luck which really sucked for me because everyone took like sweets and cookies and I just had to look at it….it was so heartbreaking! But I lived and that is good.
And the reason I went over my calorie limit is because I went out with my friends and Eloy suggested that we should splurge just a little tonight because it was a special occasion :)
Day two overall is a success

13 lbs lost so far!!
no picture today but i just felt like posting about it since
I am officially 150lbs!!!!
I still remember when I was in high school this was the weight I wanted to be so badly. I would think to myself, “when Im 150lbs, ill be skinny.”
Boy was I wrong, I still have a long way to go but I am so happy because I know Im doing this the right way. Im eating better, drinking a lot more water and i exercise every once in a while. And another note, my mom hasnt accused me of anorexia for 2 weeks now so thats really great.
On the not so bright side, my bras dont fit, my skinniest pants dont fit, my skirts dont fit, my shirts fit weird….didnt think I would be so bummed out about that but I guess since I bought my camera and Im officially in more debt than I should be I cant really afford to buy new clothes at the moment…which kinda sucks

7lbs lost!
doesnt seem like much but it is to me :D
slow but steady. I’d rather take my time losing weight than trying to lose it all at once.
No crazy diets just eating healthy and drinking lots of water
oh and running…running is lots of fun

July 16 2012
Officially lost 6lbs in the last 2 months, its not exactly what i was aiming for but its still amazing progress since i finally broke below 160lbs.
Slow and steady right? Im not exactly in a rush or nothing, Swimsuit season this year is almost over anyways lol. But by this time next year I should have the awesome body i want and be working to keep it that way
oh yeah Im wearing the exact same outfit in every picture…just to see my progress a little more clearly
6lbs lighter since I started working out
8lbs lighter than it says on my driver’s license
15lbs lighter than I was in January (my heaviest weight ever)

Random Issis thoughts
Ive been running about for about 3 weeks now and I’m lovin it
Being outside sucks…but after a while you forget about it so thats ok. For sure Im going to get a tan this summer though noooo.
I love running now! It took a while to get used to it the first few times i would run for maybe 10 minutes and i would be dying from loss of breath or on the verge of throwing up it was horrible. Now Im running for 20 minutes non-stop and it feels great. And now that I have my ipod I get to listen to epic music while running which makes me want to run more…I also love that the ipod comes with a little fitness app thing so i can keep track of my improvements. Like today I ran 1 mile and 1/2 :D
The cool thing about running and working out is that even though Im not seeing immediate results, i feel so much better as far as my self-confidence. I actually like how i look even though i practically still look the same lol. This is a good thing
At the rate Im going it wont be long until I feel comfortable running like all those athletic chicks in a sports bra and tiny shorts….I wear a sports bra and tiny shorts under my t-shirt and sweats right now…but here is an update pic i took today of me in my sports bra and tiny shorts…i obviously still have a long way to go lol but ima get there eventually

Ok tumblr listen up
today was my last day of school and all my excuses about school coming before fitness now have no meaning behind them. Therefore i have decide to hold it off no longer…its time to shed some pounds
My weight as of May 15: 163lbs
Size 9 clothes.
Personally Im not gonna try to get some awesome thin / fit body with amazing abs and biceps and and idk what else cuz….im rather lazy
The goal is this: shed 10lbs a month…a total of 20lbs by my birthday in july sounds totally doable right?
My final weight needs to be somewhere between 140-145lbs and my dress size a size 5 (that sounds about right??)
Posting the pics here as a reminder and to keep myself motivated
